Do I need an appointment to try on wedding gowns?

Yes, in order to receive the attention you deserve with our experienced consultants, appointments are necessary.

How long is my appointment?

Our appointments are one hour in length.

Should I bring anything with me to my appointment?

We request that you bring no more than 3 people with you, bringing more than that takes the focus off the bride and we like to devote all our attention to the bride.

Please refrain from bringing small children, food and beverage, and cameras into the store.

What size gowns are available for me to try on?

We have sample dresses in sizes 4 – 28.  Most of our samples are 10’s, 12’s and 14’s.  However, we do also have a great plus size selection.

May I take pictures of the gowns while I try them on?

No. Cameras and photography are not permitted until you have purchased your dress.

What are the prices ranges of your dresses?

Bridal - $99-$1600 / Bridesmaids - $99 - $199  / Mother’s - $99 - $400

Do I need to make an appointment to look at bridesmaids?

You can always walk in to look at bridesmaid dresses. However, making an appointment will guarantee you a dressing room and a consultant to answer all your questions.

BUYING

How far in advance do I need to buy my gown and bridesmaid dresses?

It's best to purchase your bridal gown 6-8 months prior to your wedding and your bridesmaid dresses no later than 5 months prior to your wedding.

When should I order my veil and/or headpiece?

Veils and headpieces can sometimes take 3-4 months.  It is best if possible, to order them the same day you order your dress.

Do I have to order my gown or can I buy off the rack?

Most of the gowns we sell are ordered in the size and color of your choice.  However, you can always purchase a gown off the rack and usually for a discounted price.

How long will it take for my bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses to arrive?

Your gown typically arrives in 3-5 months after ordering.  The dress is delivered to us directly from the designer and we perform a quality control check on your gown.   We then call you and arrange a time for you to come in, try on your gown, pay the balance, and take the gown home.  Once we call you notifying you your gown has arrived, you have 14 days to pay the balance and take the dress home. Bridesmaid dresses typically arrive 3-4 months after ordering.  And all of the above applies to bridesmaid dresses as well.

What types of payment do you accept and how much of a deposit is required?

We accept Discover, MasterCard, and Visa, as well as cash and personal checks. (Personal checks are only accepted for deposit, not final payment).  The following payment options are for bridal ONLY.  Deposits are accepted for BRIDAL ONLY.  All other dresses require payment in full in order for us to place an order.

Payment option #1 – For a new bridal gown, we require a 60% deposit in order for us to order your gown.

Payment option #2 – For a store sample off the rack bridal gown ($300 and up), we require a minimum $100 deposit and the gown must be paid in full and removed from the store within 6 months of purchase date.

Payment option #3 – For a new gown with a wedding date at least 8 months prior to purchase.  An initial $100 deposit is  required, we take your credit card information and charge your card a monthly amount either on the 1st or 15th of each month.  Once you have achieved payments totaling 60% of the purchase price, we will then order your gown.

Will you ship my gown to me?

If you’ve requested that we ship your bridal gown (cost of $25) or bridesmaid dress (cost of $15) out of state, your balance must be paid for in full before it can be shipped.  We ship using the US postal service 2-3 day priority mail insured.

Can I get a swatch of the color of my bridesmaid dresses?

Once one bridesmaid in your party had ordered her dress, we will give you a swatch upon request.
